Gemma Centanne (born October 16, 1975) is an Asian-American singer based in the city of Delicate Oaks, just off the coast of San Francisco. Gemma was born as a twin sister in a small local hospital in the Katong District of Singapore and moved to Delicate Oaks at the age of 22 after getting a journalism job for Evogue in the United States. During high school, Gemma won first place in a Poets and Writers contest and had her work published in the Evogue magazine. She continued her education at the University of Katong College of Music and graduated with a master’s degree in Music Theory and Composition. In 2000, she became a co-writer for singer Kina Grannis and would often perform with her at her theater shows, as seen on YouTube and other social media.

A year later, she started up her own small tour, performing in small venues around California. Her debut single, “All the Love,” was released in September 2003, reaching number one in her home country of Singapore and number three in the United States based on the charts. Gemma has gone on several tours after moving to the United States— her latest one being her On The Road With Gemma Tour, in which she had Coldplay as her opener. Tickets for this tour went quickly, selling out in minutes across the world. She has also gone on tour with artists such as Banks and Daniel Caesar, where she performed several country and R&B songs.
