The Thesaurus Rex lived in the time of dinosaurs around 160 years ago. It is believed to be a carnivore based from small bone findings within the fossil. Backed by archeological findings from its fossils, it generally lived in the Southern China region. Adding on to the findings of archeological evidence, it is suggested that this particular dinosaur liked to travel in packs like wolves as the similar fossils were found nearby it. Moreover, the findings have indicated that it grew to an average length of 12 feet, reached a height of 8 feet, and had tusks that were generally 3 feet long. Although it is unclear as to how this dinosaur is now extinct, it is certain that this dinosaur was not extinct from other predators because of its large population, ferocity, and size. Scientists decided to call this dinosaur because of its similar attributes to the famous T-Rex.  Like the Tyrannosaurus Rex, its front limbs were short and were probably used to grip its prey. Sharp bone-like plates protruded from its spine and out of its back starting from its head to the tip of its tail. Little do people know, this particular dinosaur lived near the ocean based on archeological evidence.   Furthermore, this particular dinosaur laid eggs to give offspring like dinosaurs of its age. Normally, the egg count would be around 20 eggs at a time. In regards to that, the most ever found was near the now city of Guangzhou, China where the egg count was 43. The Thesaurus Rex shares a similar ability with sharks. They are able to grow back their teeth when lost or damaged from hunting down a prey. Their teeth have a serrated edge to it which allowed them to cut up their prey.
