The Wonka-board was created in 1978 by a man named Willy Wonka. Willy Wonka was a business man which created sweat creations for people around the world to enjoy. His main headquarters was located under the prison of Alcatraz and on the fifth day of December of 1978, he got fed up with how inefficient our transportation system was. Essentially, he hated how long it would take for him to travel to another continent. This is where his idea of a Wonka-board blossomed. This device was created with a state of the art engine which made it possible for the device to be powerful enough to hover (to go short distances) and to teleport (to go long distances). Mr. Wonka wanted a transportation device to be as smooth as possible and this is where the hovering aspect comes in. He also developed a teleportation device on the board but for it to work the minimum distance to travel to teleport is at least 468 miles as a shorter distance wouldn’t allow the device to bend space enough to allow him to teleport. Mr. Wonka then developed a ground breaking fuel named thorium which when used, only needs one gram of thorium to power the Wonka-board for an estimate of 76 years. After Mr. Wonka completed some tests on this new fuel, he found out that one gram of thorium is equivalent to 8,492 gallons of gasoline. Unfortunately, Mr. Wonka and his Wonka-board disappeared two months after he created his device after some reports state that the government of the secret society wanted to obtain this device. Did Mr. Wonka get away? Or maybe the government of the secret society got him. We may never know…
